We will be having a LIVE PHONE CHAT on healthy living issues.
We can discuss topics of your choice. Please email me with your topic ideas and questions. Some of the topics that are sure to come up are:

We will focus on easy ways to give structure to INTERNAL choices -- not following an external program, but rather choosing from the inside out ... what do I want for myself today?

Then print on card stock & carry with you. You can save them over time to track your self-care!
