After you have enjoyed all the Basics at least once, you are ready to move on to the Weekly Lessons. You can choose ANY lesson that feels right for you. Look 'em over. Trust yourself. Choose the lesson that you think would be best for you. There is no 'correct' order for these Weekly Lessons. This is one more time when you will practice listening to the real expert on what you need ... and that is YOU. This is your doorway to your individual process of healthy living. You may find it useful if you explore one lesson per week. Of course, you can go faster or slower if you choose. This is your process ... Enjoy it! |
