Choose ACTION, not ANXIETY
You probably picked up this book because you wish you could include healthy eating and reasonable exercise in your life. Most people simply translate these behaviors into the concept of weight loss. In this book I do not make that assumption. When your lifestyle gets healthier, I do not know what will happen with your weight. I do know that you will be healthier and you will feel better about yourself and your body. These are positive outcomes independent of your weight.
