If you want to feel better about your body and build a healthy lifestyle, these classes are for you!
Learn how to adapt the workout so that you feel comfortable and successful. Increase your self-esteem and make peace with your body as you enjoy this process of small doable goals. Feel better.

I will show you how to change the moves JUST FOR YOU! Choose standing or sitting aerobics. Choose muscle toning done on a mat or in a chair, if you do not want to get up and down off the mat.

Move and Live with Bliss™ is an hour long workout that contains:

  1. NO-jump Aerobics with Weights! (done sitting or standing)
  2. Muscle Toning
  3. Relaxing Stretches (done on chair or mat
